Depending on the service plan you choose, you will be allocated a specific number of hours per month that can be used by our support agents to help you with various maintenance tasks such as updating content, tweaking/updating your stylesheets or design, or solving other problems with your WordPress software.
Each request will be billed for the amount of time it takes to perform the requested task; and each request will be billed a minimum of 30 minutes. This is because it takes our agents time to understand your problem, get logged into your website, and solve the issue.
Yes, we can perform plugin updates and theme updates on demand, however our helpdesk service is designed to be reactive as opposed to our care plans which are designed to be proactive. This means that we will only perform these updates upon explicit request from you or your staff as a part of your helpdesk plan.
If you wish to have your website’s plugins and themes updated weekly to ensure you aren’t leaving security holes open, we strongly suggest you combine a help desk plan with a WordPress care plan to ensure you are fully supported and protected.
We will respond the same day or within 24 hours depending on your service plan. Please note that we work standard business hours in the mountain standard time zone, so all SLA commitments are during business hours.
If you open a ticket after 3:30pm on a business day, our same day response will be within 8 business hours, meaning the next business day.
No, each website requires it’s own service plan. We do offer discounts for clients with multiple websites. Contact us for more information.
