If at any time during a contracted project with WP Experts you are unsatisfied with the work we are performing for any reason, inform your account manager immediately.
If we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will promptly refund any monies paid to date for that project.
WordPress Maintenance & Help Desk Subscriptions
For our subscription based services (including our WordPress maintenance plans and help desk service), if we are unable to rectify the situation or satisfy your concern within a reasonable time frame, we will refund any monies paid in the 30 days prior to your complaint.
In the case where you have purchased an annual subscription, we will offer a pro-rated refund consisting of the amount remaining in your purchased service + 30 days.
